This week, we’re analyzing one of our favorites: the Main Title Emmy categories. First up: Title Design. Plus, we review The Naked Gun.

Today’s podcast marks one of our very favorite of the year. This week, Joey, Megan, and Clarence being their break down of the main title Emmy categories: Title Design and Main Title Theme. First up is Title Design. We review the design elements of each nominated title and the thematic relevance of each nominee. Then, we look at which nominee seems to be the current frontrunner and which could potentially spoil.

But first, Joey updates us on the Indy Shorts Film Festival. Then, Megan and Clarence give a spoiler-free chat about the upcoming film The Naked Gun. Does the Liam Neeson-starring comedy bring fond memories of the original Zucker Brothers/Abrahams classics? Megan’s review is out now, but listen to find out what Clarence thinks!

We close our podcast with a Flash Forward to the media we’re most anticipating in the upcoming week.

Next Monday marks the end of our spin-off series, Desperate Housewives Revisited. Join Joey and Clarence as they close their look back at the first season of Marc Cherry’s 2004 phenomenon. We’ll have two Housewives joining us to celebrate. One will guest in a special episode dropping this Friday. The other will join at the end of our final season one podcast. Don’t miss it!

We’re deeply appreciative for your shares, likes, and positive ratings on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
